At Henkel a large proportion of customer invoice rejections were dealt with manually, resulting in a complex, expensive and time-consuming invoice handling process with limited data insight.

Solution

We worked with Henkel to build them:

– A sophisticated bespoke Ocular Character Recognition (“OCR”) and data extraction tool with continuous AI improvement loop

– Augmented email view and dashboard insights to visualise data

Next-step: recommendation engine and auto-resolution of high-certainty errors
